Albert-Great great. Not only am I heartened by this example, but I'm also not surprised that it's you writing about it. Over the last couple of years of reading your blog and listening to your MarketingEdge podcasts, I've observed that you take every opportunity to cite positive examples of our shared humanity, and offer solutions that may make better people of us (often) jaded marketing types. I come away with my own optimistic inclinations refreshed.

Just the other day, Seth Godin wrote, "the closer you get to someone, something, some brand, some organization....the harder it is to demonize it, objectify it, or hate it. So, if you want not to be hated, open up. Let people in. Engage. Interact." All good.
