I don't recall how I stumbled upon your website and this recording specifically.....but obviously I was meant to hear it. I have been doing a lot of work on myself (my mind) lately and felt in agreement with everything that James was talking about....especially about giving from the heart and not with ulterior motives.
I shall be heading over to his website to order the book as soon as I finish typing this comment.
Thanks for your contribution to my growth.

Sincerely,
Jan

Update to previous comment

Albert did email me about the book and I had many emails with James.

Apparently James was traveling at the time I placed my order and then had a problem with the distributing company. He handle it personally and promptly when I brought it to his attention. A nice letter of apology was included with the book that was sent over night by his staff at his office.

The mix ups have been completely resolved and I'd like to thank both Albert and James

I was looking forward to this book also and thought it interesting idea... .

Unfortunately, being I went to their web site & purchased it, had to email them asking for the tracking number, and days later still have not received the order or the tracking number...

I am thinking they need a class in customer service and that Albert needs to investigate who he features to review.

Albert,
Great interview. James Connor really simplifies what we're all about in marketing and communications. I think people in marketing and communications often get so caught up in strategies and processes that we forget about the audience or customer.
I look forward to reading the book. James shared the first four chapters of his book on ITunes.
Keep up the great work!
