Very good interview with Chris Boyer, Albert. Although I am working with Quick Comments (full disclosure), I have 20 years of experience in healthcare as a cardiovascular nurse. So, I'm quite familiar with this area. Transparency is new to healthcare but I'm glad to see they're coming around. I could empathize with the difficulty in giving precise numbers of dollars to procedures. After all, we're dealing with human beings and each responds differently. Nobody can say with certainty who will have complications and who will sail through an appendectomy. Feedback is becoming more and more important with consumers having more access to information.
